Stop for one moment and really appreciate how amazing this is. 

How do you feel?

Even when things aren't going great, by focusing on what you have in your life right now you can change the way you feel in a moment. 

Don't let the distractions and pace of today's world prevent you from seeing how incredible your life really is. 

Even if you aren't where you want to be right now, just being alive means that you have the opportunity to turn things around. That's something to be grateful for.
