Do you want to achieve your goals, but find it hard to stay on track?
I've been there. Being consistent can feel hard, if not impossible.
Trying to make yourself go to the gym, promising yourself you'll say no to things you don't want to do and spending less time on social media all require will power.
Will power doesn't work, it's short term.
The KEY to discipline is to force yourself to do the things you don't want to.
How do you do that?
Deadlines and accountability.
Sign up to a course, make a bet with a friend, do it for charity or hire a coach.
Most people go into a job they don't like because they are held accountable to being there. If you don't go in you get fired!
The same isn't true for you goals and dreams. If you don't do them then nothing happens, you don't get fired.
It's about making what's important to you a must and making it happen.
When you let go of will power and force yourself to do the things you don't want to do your whole life will change!
